SPUR 2

Licence agreement

Last updated: 10 September 2026

The short version

You buy SPUR 2 once and you keep it — on all your devices and within your family. There is nothing to buy afterwards, nothing expires, and nobody takes anything away from you.

1. Who this agreement is with

This agreement is between you and C&P Apps Michael Knochen — not with Apple. Apple provides the store and handles payment; the app itself, its content and its support are the responsibility of C&P Apps Michael Knochen.

2. What you may do

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SPUR 2 on any Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Through Family Sharing, members of your family group may use the app as well.

The game is intended for personal use. You are free to publish video and images from the game — on video platforms, in streams, in articles. No permission is required and nothing is owed.

3. What you may not do

Reverse-engineer, modify, resell or rent the app, or distribute it by any route other than the App Store.

4. The purchase

Four tracks are free and stay free. The full version is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no renewal, no follow-up costs. It stays tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device where you are signed in with it.

There is no in-game currency, no loot boxes and nothing that speeds up progress. Every car drives the same.

5. Warranty

Should SPUR 2 fail to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation. Rights you hold under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected — in particular your statutory rights against C&P Apps Michael Knochen.

6. Liability

C&P Apps Michael Knochen is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the breach of material contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Claims under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

7. Support

Questions and bug reports are answered by C&P Apps Michael Knochen through the contact form. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for this app.

8. Third-party claims

Should anyone claim that SPUR 2 infringes their intellectual property rights, handling such claims is the sole responsibility of C&P Apps Michael Knochen, not Apple's.

9. Export

By using the app you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce it against you.

11. Governing law and contact

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Address and contact are in the legal notice.
