SPUR speichert einige wenige Angaben, damit ein Spielstand über das Schließen der App hinaus erhalten bleibt. Alles davon liegt ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät, im geschützten Speicherbereich der App. Nichts davon verlässt das Gerät, und niemand außer dir hat Zugriff darauf.

Die selbst eingetragenen Namen sind Freitext. Was dort steht, entscheidest du — die App schlägt „Spieler 1", „Spieler 2" und so weiter vor und funktioniert vollständig, ohne dass jemals ein Name eingetragen wird.
Nach einem Rennen zeigt SPUR gelegentlich eine Karte für eine andere App aus demselben Haus. Diese Karte ist Teil der App und lädt nichts nach — sie enthält weder ein Werbenetzwerk noch einen Zählpixel noch sonst eine Verbindung nach außen. Erst wenn du ausdrücklich auf „Im App Store laden" tippst, öffnet sich der App Store von Apple. Ab diesem Moment gilt Apples eigene Datenschutzerklärung.
Zwei Wege, beide vollständig:
SPUR richtet sich an alle Altersgruppen und erhebt von niemandem Daten — also auch nicht von Kindern.
Die Rechte aus der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch, Übertragbarkeit) setzen voraus, dass jemand Daten über dich verarbeitet. Das ist hier nicht der Fall: Es liegen keine Daten über dich bei uns oder bei Dritten vor, weil keine erhoben werden. Fragen dazu beantworten wir trotzdem gern unter services@couture-pixels.de.
Sollte sich an dieser Erklärung etwas ändern, steht die neue Fassung unter derselben Adresse, mit einem neuen Datum am Kopf.

SPUR stores a few things so that a session survives closing the app. All of it lives on your device only, inside the app's protected storage. None of it leaves the device, and nobody but you has access to it.

Typed names are free text. What goes in them is your decision — the app suggests "Player 1", "Player 2" and so on, and works completely without a name ever being entered.
After a race, SPUR occasionally shows a card for another app from the same house. That card is part of the app and loads nothing — it contains no ad network, no tracking pixel and no connection of any kind. Only if you deliberately tap "Get it on the App Store" does Apple's App Store open. From that moment Apple's own privacy policy applies.
SPUR is suitable for all ages and collects data from nobody — children included.
The rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) presuppose that somebody is processing data about you. That is not the case here: no data about you exists with us or with any third party, because none is collected. We are happy to answer questions anyway at services@couture-pixels.de.
If anything about this statement changes, the new version will appear at the same address with a new date at the top.
